Price and resevations
In order to confirm your reservation we need a 25% deposit on the stay. This can be paid in the following ways:
- via credit card, for which we need the cardholders name, the card number and the expiration date. You can send this information by fax or e-mail.
- bank wire transfer (we will give you our bank coordinates when you confirm your reservation)
If you cancel your reservation:
- up to 30 days before your arrival date, then you can apply the deposit to another stay within the year.
- up to 15 days before your arrival date, you will be refunded 50% of the deposit.
- less than 15 days before your arrival date, you lose the entire deposit
- if you leave before the end of your reserved stay, you will be refunded 1/3rd of the time you had left.
One bedroom apartment rates:
Per day – from €50.00 for apartment
Weekly – from €280.00 for apartment

Rates include breakfast, water, electricity, bed, bath and kitchen linens, pool towels, use of the pool, final cleaning and heating in winter.
Extra charges (to be paid upon departure):
- air conditioning €12.00 per one-bedroom apartment,
- extra cleaning €25.00 per one-bedroom apartment
Groups travelling together can use the communicating apartments.
There is are no restrictions on the length of stay.
