Lanterna Rossa farmhouse charges the following RATES: daily rate from € 70.00.
The rate includes water, electricity, weekly supply of towel for the bathroom, sheets for the bedroom, use of the swimming pool and all the equipment in tre structure.

ADDITIONAL FEES TO BE PAID LOCALLY

• Heating €15,00 for apartment
• Final cleaning €25.00 for apartment
• Extra charge for the pet  € 20,00 for apartment and  € 12,00 for bedroom
• Change bed sheets  €5,00
• Change towels of bathroom for person  €3,00

CONDITIONS RELATING TO RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS

• Booking is only binding on Lanterna Rossa farmhouse upon receipt of the deposit payment, equal to 30% of the total amount.
  

  A request for availability is not binding and does not form a contract for the client or for Lanterna Rossa farmhouse.

• A booking request represents a binding order form for the client but it is not binding on Lanterna Rossa farmhouse who remains free not to accept the booking. 

•   The booking confirmation sent to the client by Lanterna Rossa farmhouse shall be binding on both parties and establishes a concluded booking contract with options. 

•   If a confirmatory deposit is requested, the client must send it within the time limits specified by Lanterna Rossa farmhouse’s management team for the reservation to be permanently confirmed. 

•   At which point Lanterna Rossa farmhouse is committed to send the client a confirmation e-mail. 

•   All reservations must be reconfirmed by fax or by e-mail accepting the facility’s cancellation conditions. In the event of cancellation of the booking, the full amount of the deposit will be retained. 

• The final payment is paid at check-out in cash, or with debit or credit card.   

• For any disputes arising from interpretation, the above conditions will be applied to the execution and/or finalisation of the booking contract; Lanterna Rossa farmhouse are part of the proceedings and the Court of Perugia has exclusive competence.
