Our farmhouse’s restaurant offers a regional menu with typical Umbrian cuisine specialities, interpreting traditional recipes with a modern twist, without distorting them.Our dishes are prepared with high-quality, carefully selected products as well as raw ingredients that come directly from the farm’s produce, such as the fish and game, oil and vegetables.
To prepare our dishes, as well as using our farm’s raw ingredients, we also use products supplied by Umbrian manufacturers and processors.
Among our specialities are fresh, homemade pasta dishes such as tagliolini, tagliatelle, pappardelle, pici, lasagne, ravioli and gnocchi and not miss theoutdoor pig farm.
Lanterna Rossa farmhouse is a multifunctional farm where meat, obtained from breeding of outdoor pig farm and farmyard animals, is produced in addition other vegetables grown in the gardens, which are preserved in oil.
Our fishing and hunting provide us with most of the fish and game that we use for the preparation of our specialities in our restaurant.
Oil and wine, including Grechetto, Merlot, Chardonnary and Cabernet Sauvignon, come from our organic olive groves and vineyards.
